Ideally located a few minutes walk from the metro and the tramway, you will be close to Butte-aux-Cailles, a charming lively area. This apartment is only available as part of a mobility lease.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your meals, including an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. It also includes a cozy dining nook for two. A washing machine is also available. The bedroom boasts a queen bed (160x200) made with care, using hotel-quality linens. A closet is available for your belongings, making you feel right at home. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
