Very bright loft located in the center of Paris, 200 meters away from a lively area full of restaurants, shops, clubs and coffee shops. The area is very secure and the apartment is just a few steps from a Police Station.
Space
The loft is composed of a large open living room with a modern and fully equipped kitchen on one side and a big couch with an overhead projector on the other, as well as a beautiful Carlo Scarpa “Doge” glass table for memorable dinners. On the top floor, two separated mezzanines with workspaces, give access to two comfortable bedrooms. Both have double beds and bathrooms with showers. The third double room is at the living room level, with nearby toilets and a blackout curtain. The apartment is undoubtedly charming, very calm and soundproof, on the third and top floor of the building with a very high ceiling and large luminous roof windows. Perfect for a Family or Friends traveling together
Access
the loft is located on the second and last floor of a building which is at the end of an interior courtyard. the view overlooks the rooftops of Paris and there is no noise from cars, from the street, from the interior courtyard. in the morning you can hear the birds singing, the building is very quiet, two floors, 4 apartments and 3 offices.
