The apartment is located in the district of Paris-Bercy. The district of Bercy is fortunately still little explored by the foreign tourists but it is for this reason very popular of the Parisians attracted by its environment of airy life and the 1000 hectares of the Bois de Vincennes. The district benefits from the presence of two metro stations Dugommier (line 6 which crosses the left bank) and Porte de Charenton (metro line 8 which crosses the entire right bank). The tram T 3A also borrows door Charenton, to take you in a little over 20 minutes directly to the exhibition grounds of the Porte de Versailles. As for the bus line 87, it stops at the foot of the building to take you to the concerts of Paris-Bercy in 5 minutes (13 minutes walk), the Ministry of Finance in 6 minutes (15 minutes walk) or at the Opéra de la Bastille in 8 to 10 minutes. The same bus line 87 can also take you a little further to the Latin Quarter and the Eiffel Tower. The Bois de Vincennes is at one end of your street and at the other end you can access the famous green flow. In Paris-Bercy, you will enjoy a joyful little place of leisure known to tourists: the "village of Bercy" and you will find there the friendly atmosphere of Fisherman's Wharf of San Francisco. In this large village where cars are banned, you can walk on cobblestone streets as once lined with provincial houses whose roofs are still covered with tiles. After having hosted the barrels of the best wines of France, these old buildings are now home to restaurants, shops and one of the largest varieties of movie theaters in Paris. Feel free to explore its flowery park and ponds lined with lawns and trees more than a century old The 2 metro stations Bercy and Cour Saint Emilion, located in the park near the Seine. The Cour Saint Emilion metro station is not far from your apartment either. And you can complete the service to Paris thanks to the particularly pleasant metro line 14 where everything has been thought to save the tiredness of its passengers . In general, the 12th arrondissement is characterized by its many green spaces and broad avenues lined with trees. You will enjoy going shopping in shops and super markets. For our part, we like to sit at the terraces of the restaurants located at the foot of the buildings Hausmaniens along the Avenue Daumesnil and the monumental fountain with the famous bronze lions of the Place Daumesnil. All this is an authentically Parisian decor, space, light and tranquility and more. It's only a few minutes' walk or even walk to the places where most of the capital's tourists jostle!

This fully furnished property has all the amenities for a memorable stay and with many street facilities such as restaurants, cafes, and shops.


Space

Welcome to my home! The property is within walking distance of the city centre, which makes it the perfect place to start exploring this fantastic city. The bright cosy living room with its bay windows has a beautiful view. It features a dining area, a sitting area with a single bench bed on wheels that can be used for sleeping a fifth person, and a beautiful terrace with a panoramic view of Paris. Point to your guests the cupolas of the Pantheon, the Val de Grace (at the foot of the Montparnasse tower), and the golden one of the Invalides. The churches Saint Paul and Saint Etienne du Mont, as well as the tower Saint Jacques and up to the arch of La Défense (partially), can be contemplated. But if you scan the horizon well, you will allow your children to discover more. The American kitchen is perfectly decorated and equipped: with a fridge, hob, coffee maker, microwave, and crockery. The two bedrooms are at your disposal. One has a 160x200 bed, and the other has a 90 cm single bed and a very large 240 cm leather sofa that can eventually accommodate a 4th person. The contemporary bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including a bath, a shower and a toilet; fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay!
