The fully furnished ground floor unit comfortably accommodates three guests and is situated off a bustling street, surrounded by local eateries, charming boulangeries, and independent boutiques. Please note that the area can be noisy due to its city setting. This refurbished industrial building has been transformed into a stylish maisonette overlooking a serene courtyard. The interior design combines midcentury sensibilities with an urban flair, creating a homely and airy atmosphere in its 70m2 space. Floor-to-ceiling dual-pane windows flood the rooms with natural light, brightening your mood. The living area features a homely reading nook with a large bookshelf, a comfortable sofa, and a coffee table. The well-appointed kitchen, though compact, is equipped for light cooking and includes a dishwasher for added convenience. Feel free to indulge in the complimentary coffee machine and savour your culinary creations at the small dining table. The bedrooms are tucked away in intimate nooks, accessed via a flight of stairs and adorned with thick curtains for enhanced privacy. The main bedroom boasts a queen bed and a wardrobe, while the second room offers a single bed. Both beds are dressed in clean linens to ensure a restful sleep. Taller guests should take note of the slightly low ceiling due to the elevated floors. The bathroom is small, well-ventilated, and has everything you'll need to freshen up quickly. Towels, toiletries and a hairdryer are provided. A washing machine can also be found here. My apartment is professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy!
