A few steps from the vibrant Gare de Lyon, you will find a multitude of restaurants, cafes and shops to explore at your leisure. You will find, a few steps away, the famous promenade of the green flow in the heart of nature as well as the rue Crémieux, famous for its colorful houses. Every day (except Mondays) you can stroll in the traditional Aligre market (the oldest food market in Paris) where prices can defy all competition. All shops are nearby (supermarkets a few steps away, bakery at the bottom of the building, greengrocers, kiosks, laundromat, bars, restaurants, caterers, butcher, florists, shops, etc.). The promenade of the Seine quays is accessible in 15 minutes walk.

This 21m2 studio, in a quiet building renovated a few years ago, ideal for 2 people, offers you all the comfort you need for an unforgettable stay. The cozy sofa bed ensures restful nights (with a real bed mattress), while fresh sheets and towels are provided for your convenience. Take advantage of the ultra-fast wifi to stay connected, and don't worry about anything, the accommodation is fully equipped (washing machine dryer, coffee machine to start your days off on the right foot). In a lively and dynamic area, close to many places of attraction (bastille, république), it is the ideal place to spend a few days in Paris. Enjoy your stay!

Please note that our studio is located on the 4th floor without elevator. Check-in is autonomous, with keys to be collected from a nearby hotel, allowing you complete flexibility in your arrival time.
