Welcome to my 26m² apartment on the 4th floor without an elevator in the 1st Arrondissement in Paris. It can comfortably accommodate two people with its bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Ideally located minutes from the station Châtelet les Halles, you can enjoy a charming stay exploring Paris easily!

Stay in a Parisian building dating back to 1782 — where historic beams meet refined modern comfort. Located on the 4th floor (no elevator) of a classic Parisian walk-up, this fully renovated 26 m² apartment offers calm, light and privacy above the city’s vibrant centre. The climb is part of the experience — and the reward is a peaceful retreat in the very heart of the 1st arrondissement. Original wooden beams frame the ceilings, while elegant lighting, warm tones and carefully chosen materials create a refined, intimate atmosphere. The space has been thoughtfully designed to feel both cosy and functional. The living area features custom shelving and soft lighting for relaxed evenings. The separate bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, creating a true hotel-like feel in a private apartment. The fully equipped kitchenette allows you to enjoy breakfast before heading out — or a quiet dinner after a day exploring the city. The bathroom combines classic Parisian style with modern finishes, including a bathtub and brass fixtures. Please note again that as the apartment is located on the 4th floor without an elevator, and due to its layout (stairs and absence of specific equipment), it is not suitable for babies, young children, or people with reduced mobility. Step outside and you are minutes from the Louvre, the Seine, Palais Royal and Notre-Dame. The neighbourhood blends 18th-century charm with vibrant city life: cobblestone streets, Saint-Eustache Church, cafés, bakeries and boutiques all around you. This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access. Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit. For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
