This beautiful and cosy studio, on the 7th floor with an elevator, is in the 16th arrondissement of Paris. It can comfortably accommodate two people. The property is close to various attractions (Place du Trocadero, Paris Aquarium, etc.), good restaurants and shops, and the Trocadéro station is just 5 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

It is on the 7th floor, accessible with an elevator. The apartment has a comfortable sofa and a dining table for four, with a view of the Eiffel Tower. It is also equipped with a plush queen bed (160x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces for your belongings. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery so you can whip up a delicious meal, including a microwave, a toaster, an oven, a fridge and a Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents.
