If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. There were complications when I arrived but it was quickly resolved. I stayed here for a month and had little issues. Good location and right above a grocery store and metro station.
