Welcome to my 35 m² ground-floor flat in Paris’s 10th arrondissement. It comfortably accommodates four people, with a bedroom featuring a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Ideally located just two minutes from Gare du Nord, you can enjoy a peaceful stay in the City of Light.

Welcome to this lovely, bright and cosy flat, located on the ground floor. Tastefully decorated in soft colours, it enjoys a prime location just a stone’s throw from various Parisian attractions, shops and transport links. Living Area & Kitchen The bright living area features a comfortable lounge with a double sofa bed opposite a flat-screen TV, as well as a cosy dining area. The small kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your meals: hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine [type ...] and all the necessary utensils. Bedroom & Bathroom The bedroom features a double bed made up with hotel-quality bed linen (free of charge), a large window and a chest of drawers for your luggage. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a washbasin and a toilet. Towels and toiletries are provided. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
