Welcome to this beautiful 42 m² apartment, officially classified as a 1-star tourist accommodation. Located on the 4th floor (accessible by lift), this modern and tastefully decorated space enjoys a prime location close to shops and transport links, making it the ideal base from which to explore the city. The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, equipped with a double sofa bed and a television. The adjoining dining room has a table that can seat up to 4 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: an oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, crockery and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine for added convenience. The accommodation comprises one bedroom carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The beds (Queen 160 x 200) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. A baby cot is available for guests travelling with infants, providing added comfort and convenience during your stay. The bathroom features a shower, a hairdryer, a towel dryer, a mirror, and toilets. The balcony offers a pleasant relaxation area furnished with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying sunny days or a moment of calm. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; however, it is allowed on the balcony. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. It was situated in a lovely neighbourhood and was a very cosy and well-equipped flat. It was lovely to sit out on the terrace.
