Welcome to my 32m² apartment on the ground floor in Montmartre. It comfortably accommodates two people, with a living room, a bedroom with a queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Ideally located minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a charming stay in Paris!

Welcome to this beautiful 32 m² apartment on the ground floor. Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location close to tourist attractions such as Sacre-Coeur, shops, transport links, and is the ideal base from which to explore the city. The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, equipped with a sofa. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils and crockery. The adjoining dining table can seat up to two people. The accommodation comprises one bedroom carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The bed (queen – 160x200) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hair dryer, a mirror, and a toilet. There is also a washing machine for added convenience. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector and a carbon monoxide detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access. Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit. For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
