Welcome to my 38m² apartment on the 5th floor in the 10th Arrondissement. It can comfortably accommodate two people in its bedroom with a queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.  Ideally located a few steps from the metro, you can enjoy a charming stay in Paris!

Welcome to this beautiful 38 m² apartment, located on the 5th floor without a lift. Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location close to tourist attractions, shops, transport links and is the ideal base from which to explore the city. The entrance opens onto a bright living area with large windows, letting in abundant sunlight. It features a comfortable lounge with a sofa and a dining table for two, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: an oven, a cooking plate, a microwave, a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, and crockery. The accommodation comprises one bedroom carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The bed (queen – 160 x 200) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, and a mirror. There is also a washing machine for added convenience. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access. Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit. For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
