The studio has a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed (140x200), thoughtfully prepared with high-quality hotel linens and a dining table for up to three people. The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential appliances and utensils for preparing your meals, including a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. The bath has a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. It's an excellent little studio with what you need for a couple months on a relatively quiet street. Decent proximity to groceries (green grocer, mini market etc) and the M4 line
