Welcome to my 80m² apartment on the 3rd floor in the 19th Arrondissement. It comfortably accommodates 5 people with its three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms. Ideally located minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a charming stay in Paris!

Welcome to this beautiful 80 m² apartment, located on the 3rd floor with a lift. Modern and tastefully decorated, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The entrance opens onto a bright living area, featuring a comfortable lounge with a sofa, perfect for relaxing. The adjoining dining room features a table that seats up to six, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, crockery and a dishwasher. The accommodation comprises three bedrooms, each carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The beds (King – 180x200, pull-out bed 180x190 and simple - 90x190) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. The apartment is baby-friendly, equipped with a cot, a changing table, a baby bathtub and a baby swing. The accommodation has two bathrooms, both equipped with a shower and toilet. There is also a washer-dryer for added convenience. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay! Please note that animals are strictly not allowed on the property.

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access. Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit. Please note that animals are strictly not allowed on the property. For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

Very pleasant apartment, perfect size and layout for our family with 3 children. Small downside is the lack of shutters/blackout curtains in all the bedrooms. Clear instructions for access and arrival
