The bedroom invites you to relax with its queen-size bed (160x200), dressed in hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep. A spacious closet is available to keep your belongings organized and make you feel right at home. The bathroom is sleek and functional, featuring a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. A washing machine is also at your disposal for longer stays. Stay connected with Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, and enjoy peace of mind with a smoke detector for your safety. Please note that the apartment is on the 2nd floor without an elevator, which may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
