Ideal for families or small groups, this accommodation features a sophisticated open-plan living and kitchen area. The living room is equipped with a comfortable contemporary design sofa, a beautiful round dining table and a large TV, making it the perfect space to relax and socialise after a day of sightseeing. The large windows allow wonderful natural light to fill the room throughout the day. The kitchen, which stands out for its minimalist lines and discreet cabinets, is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to crockery and essential utensils, it features a microwave, oven, induction hob, fridge and other high-end appliances elegantly built-in to assist you in your daily life. The two bedrooms are harmoniously decorated, providing serene environments to rest. The first bedroom is very cosy and features an inviting double bed. The second bedroom is a spacious and refined suite, distinguished by its charming striped wallpaper, double bed, large wardrobes and a modern en-suite bathroom with a shower. This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after the booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use utility policy will apply with a limit of €80 included. For the first few days, we provide the following basic amenities: small bottles of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Big apartment in the center of Matosinhos, description is true to reality. The appartment is really nice but feels a bit empty. Perfect for the rest!
