Upstairs, you’ll find a master double, a second double, and a single bedroom, plus a family bathroom with both bath and shower. The enclosed back yard is ideal for fresh air, relaxing, or secure bike storage. A Note on Expectations: We like to be upfront so you know exactly what to expect while enjoying the comfort, convenience, and warm welcome of GuestReady Essential. As an end-of-terrace home, the house benefits from extra natural light and privacy, but typical terraced home noise may occasionally be heard. There is no private parking; street parking is available nearby and may depend on local availability. Waste disposal requires a short walk to local council bins. We look forward to welcoming you to Manchester for a comfortable and convenient stay.
Access
Guests have full and private access to the entire house throughout their stay. Enter through the front door, conveniently located on the corner of St Oswald Road. You can also access the private backyard directly from the kitchen door, perfect for enjoying outdoor space with ease. All three bedrooms, living and dining areas, bathroom, and laundry facilities are yours to use. Free on-street parking is available nearby.

Other information
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
