Welcome to my apartment! This charming 60m2 one-bedroom apartment duplex in Madrid offers the perfect retreat for couples in search of a memorable stay in the center of Madrid. The property is located on the ground floor, spread over two stories, and beautifully decorated. The main entrance opens onto the upper level, where you will find the living room, and a fully equipped kitchenette. The lower level houses the bedroom and an ensuite bathroom, offering a quiet and restful space for rest and relaxation. The open-plan living area includes a comfortable sofa, a television with access to multiple streaming platforms, and a dining table perfect for enjoying meals or planning your day. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. For added convenience, the apartment also features a dishwasher, washing machine, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. The bedroom includes a double bed with complimentary linens to ensure a restful sleep. It also offers ample storage for your belongings and a desk, ideal for guests who need to work or study during their stay. The ensuite bathroom is stocked with all the essentials, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries, to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental – Not available for tourism purposes. To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund. Enjoy your stay!

Other information
Self check-in. Physical keys must be collected at a Keynest partner store near the accommodation. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive the pick-up code and instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags. If you need additional cleaning or bed linen during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them at an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor areas if the accommodation has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.
