It features a comfortable single sofa -bed, a flat-screen TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for enjoying meals together. The well-equipped kitchenette includes everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked dishes, with a stove, oven, microwave, essential cookware, and cutlery. A washer and ironing equipment are also provided for your laundry needs. The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the second offers two single beds—perfect for both adults and children. All beds are dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and both rooms offer storage space for your belongings. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, so you can settle in and feel at home from the moment you arrive. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
