Welcome to my apartment! This inviting 75 m² three-bedroom apartment in Madrid offers the perfect retreat for families and friends looking for comfort and a memorable stay. Located on the ground floor, the space blends convenience and charm in a peaceful residential setting. The open-plan living area is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and socialising. It features a cosy sofa, a wide-screen TV for your entertainment, and a dining table for shared meals and conversations. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals with ease, such as a stove, oven, microwave, as well as all essential cookware and cutlery. For added convenience, the apartment also features a washer and ironing equipment to take care of your laundry needs during your stay. The sleeping arrangements include one bedroom with a double bed and two additional bedrooms, each with two single beds. All beds are dressed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, each stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable. Other information
Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.
