The apartment is intended for medium-term stays and is ideal for guests traveling to Madrid for work, academic, medical or other temporary reasons, as well as for families looking for practical and well-connected accommodation. The space offers a double bed and a sofa bed, accommodating up to 4 guests. The layout is open and welcoming, with the sleeping area, dining area and kitchen integrated into a single space, providing both comfort and a sense of openness. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine and complete kitchenware, allowing for an independent and comfortable stay. The bathroom is modern and fully equipped. An iron and ironing board are also provided to cover all your needs. From the exterior balcony you can enjoy street views and plenty of natural light throughout the day. The apartment features modern furniture, wooden floors and carefully selected décor that creates a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The area is perfectly connected by metro, buses and commuter trains, making it easy to reach universities, hospitals, workplaces and any part of the city. A practical, well-located and fully equipped studio, designed for those seeking comfort and an excellent location in the center of Madrid during temporary stays. Please note: this apartment is for temporary rental only – it is not available for tourist stays. To complete the reservation, it is mandatory to sign a temporary rental contract and provide proof of the reason for your stay. After confirming your booking, you will receive a contract to sign. Without a signed contract, the reservation will be cancelled with no right to a refund.

Other information
Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.
