Are you looking for a spacious and comfortable place to stay in the heart of Madrid? Look no further! Our three-bedroom apartment is spacious and bright and is perfect for friends or families. The apartment is just a few minutes from the city centre, and La Latina train station is just 3-mins away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city's main attractions!
Space
Welcome to our flat! The place is perfect for couples, families or friends, as it can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a spacious living room, equipped with a comfortable sofa-bed and TV. It also has a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, which has all the necessary cooking utensils and cutlery. Two bedrooms have comfortable double beds and the third bedroom has a double bed, all with bed linen and multiple storage spaces. The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up. Fresh towels and free toiletries are also provided for your convenience. Note: La Latina is a historic neighborhood with narrow streets, so parking can be difficult. On Sundays, due to the famous El Rastro market, several streets are closed to traffic, so you may need to walk with your luggage. Enjoy your stay!

Other information
Self check-in. Physical keys must be collected at a Keynest partner store near the accommodation. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive the pick-up code and instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags. If you need additional cleaning or bed linen during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them at an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor areas if the accommodation has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.
