Welcome to my apartment! Modern apartment in the heart of Madrid, located very close to key city spots and with easy access to different areas depending on your needs. The apartment is thoughtfully designed with all spaces distributed comfortably. First, you’ll find the kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need, including an induction stove, fridge, oven, coffee maker, and essential utensils and cutlery. From the kitchen, you can access the laundry room, which includes a washing machine, water heater, and ironing tools if needed during your stay. Next, you’ll enter the living-dining area, featuring a table for four and a comfortable sofa. Facing the sofa is a SMART TV, and on one side, a large window with incredible views. Down the hallway, you’ll find the first bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed (trundle bed). This room also includes a desk and chair, making it easy to work or study from there. Across the hall is a small full bathroom with complimentary amenities for the first days of your stay. At the end of the hallway is the master bedroom with a double bed, a SMART TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, fully equipped with all necessary amenities. All beds are provided with fresh linens for immediate use. The apartment is professionally cleaned for your comfort. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental – Not available for tourism purposes. To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Note: This apartment is for temporary rental. Not available for tourism purposes. Signing a contract is mandatory We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
