Welcome to my apartment! Modern apartment in the heart of Madrid, located very close to the city’s main attractions and right next to Movistar Arena. The location offers easy access to different areas according to your needs. The apartment is thoughtfully designed with all spaces distributed comfortably. First, you’ll find the kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need, including an induction stove, fridge, oven, coffee maker, and essential utensils and cutlery It has a washing machine, and ironing tools if needed during your stay. Next, you’ll enter the living-dining area, featuring an extensible table and a comfortable sofa. Facing the sofa is a TV, and a bright living room. This is a one-room apartment with a double bed provided with fresh linens for immediate use. It has a bathroom with a shower, fully equipped with all necessary amenities. The apartment is professionally cleaned for your comfort. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental – Not available for tourism purposes. To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund. Enjoy your stay!

Other information
Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
