Entirely created, equipped and furnished in May 2019, this apartment comes from the division of a former 140 m2 dance hall that we have transformed into two high-end apartments for your greatest pleasure. We have kept a maximum of exposed stones that we have mixed with quality materials and furniture to bring the necessary charm. You will find : - an entrance ; - a large living room with a dining area, a granite table and its six chairs with contemporary decoration combining wood and metal and a lounge area with sofa bed, armchairs, coffee table, 117 cm flat screen TV; - a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine for heavy drinkers, utensils, crockery, etc... - a master suite with a 160x200 double bed, very large storage, wardrobe and shelving, flat screen TV fixed to the wall and a bathroom with balneotherapy bath and basin; - a second bedroom with a 160x200 double bed, large storage, wardrobe and shelving, desk and flat screen TV on the wall; - an independent bathroom with double basin, walk-in shower and washer-dryer; - Separate toilets. The whole apartment is equipped with fiber WIFI connection. For your comfort, the apartment is ready to welcome you. We provide hotel quality laundry (bed linen already placed on the beds and available for the sofa bed, towels, bath mat, tea towel) as well as 3 welcome kits for the first night / first morning: 1 bathroom kit for 2 people (1 shampoo, 1 shower gel, 1 soap, 3 make-up remover discs, 4 cotton swabs, 1 nail file); 1 edible kit for 2 people (2 coffee capsules, 2 tea bags, 2 cocoa sticks, 3 sweets, 2 mini-cookies); 1 maintenance kit for the living room (1 sponge, 1 washing machine tablet). Included in the cleaning fee.
