On the 2nd floor (no lift), this flat sleeps up to 6 people. It comes from the division of a former 140 m2 dance hall that we have transformed into two top-of-the-range flats for your enjoyment. It is perfectly equipped for you to make the most of your stay. It is fully furnished and equipped as we would have it in our own home, to make sure you are as comfortable as possible. We've kept as much of the stonework as possible, and combined it with quality materials and furnishings to add the necessary charm. It comprises an entrance hall opening onto a large living room with a lounge area and sofa bed for 2 people, coffee table, 2 armchairs, 117cm flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi connection throughout the flat. A dining area with a large granite table and six chairs, decorated in a contemporary style combining wood and metal. A fully-equipped modern kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine for heavy drinkers and everything else you need for cooking. Continue with a master suite with a 160x200 double bed, ample storage space, wardrobe and shelving, wall-mounted flat-screen TV and a bathroom with whirlpool bath and washbasin. A second bedroom with a 160x200 double bed, ample storage space, wardrobe and shelving, desk and wall-mounted flat-screen TV. A separate bathroom with double washbasin, a magnificent Italian-style shower and a washer-dryer. Separate WC. For your comfort, the apartment is ready to welcome you. We provide hotel quality laundry (bed linen already set up, towels, bath mat, tea towel) as well as 3 welcome kits for the first night / first morning: 1 bathroom kit for 2 people (1 shampoo , 1 shower gel, 1 soap, 3 make-up remover discs, 4 cotton swabs, 1 nail file); 1 edible kit for 2 people (2 coffee capsules, 2 tea bags, 2 cocoa pods, 3 sugar pods, 2 mini-cookies); 1 maintenance kit for the living room (1 sponge, 1 washing machine tablet). Everything about this place is perfect! It was conveniently located, oh so comfortable, super quiet and had luxurious touches. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Loved it!!!
