Completely renovated and furnished in July 2019, we have done everything to provide you with maximum comfort in this beautiful two-room apartment of 50m2 which can accommodate up to 4 people. Ideally located on the peninsula in the heart of the slopes of the Croix-Rousse, perfect for visiting our beautiful city of Lyon on foot, from a few nights to several weeks.
Space
The apartment consists of: - an entrance with storage - a living room with a 1-seater sofa bed (110x190), a fireside chair (110x190), wall-mounted flat screen TV, wifi, dining area with table and stools - a fully furnished and equipped open kitchen, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, crockery, utensils, etc... - a separate bedroom with double bed and storage (wardrobe and shelving) - a bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink - Separate toilets For your comfort, the apartment is ready to welcome you. We provide hotel quality laundry (bed linen already set up, towels, bath mat, tea towel) as well as 3 welcome kits for the first night / first morning: 1 bathroom kit for 2 people (1 shampoo , 1 shower gel, 1 soap, 3 make-up remover discs, 4 cotton swabs, 1 nail file); 1 edible kit for 2 people (2 coffee capsules, 2 tea bags, 2 cocoa pods, 3 sugar pods, 2 mini-cookies); 1 maintenance kit for the living room (1 sponge, 1 washing machine tablet). Included in the cleaning fee.
Access
Parking by car is difficult in the street, you can park in the surrounding streets or at the Opéra park (paying). The apartment is located on the 1st floor without elevator and is reserved for travelers.
