This beautiful 33m2 apartment located on the 3rd floor without lift is perfect to accommodate 2 travellers. It is composed of an entrance, a living room with bench seat, a wall console that can be unfolded into a table for lunch or dinner, a small flat screen television, a fully furnished and equipped open kitchen, a a separate bedroom with made-to-measure storage, wardrobes and shelving and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. Note: the sofa you see in the first photos has been replaced by the bench you see in the last photos. For your comfort, the apartment is ready to welcome you. We provide hotel quality laundry (bed linen already set up, towels, bath mat, tea towel) as well as 3 welcome kits for the first night / first morning: 1 bathroom kit for 2 people (1 shampoo , 1 shower gel, 1 soap, 3 make-up remover discs, 4 cotton swabs, 1 nail file); 1 edible kit for 2 people (2 coffee capsules, 2 tea bags, 2 cocoa pods, 3 sugar pods, 2 mini-cookies); 1 maintenance kit for the living room (1 sponge, 1 washing machine tablet). Included in the cleaning fee.
