The apartment, completely new in October 2019, has been fully thought out in terms of spaces, furnishings and equipment so that you have the most pleasant of stays. It is particularly quiet since it overlooks green spaces. The building is equipped with an elevator, well maintained and clean. It is composed as follows: - large living room with lounge area, 2-seater sofa bed, connected flat screen TV, Wifi connection, office space - fully furnished and equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, utensils, crockery, etc.) - bedroom with large dressing room and hotel quality 160X200 bed - bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and washer-dryer - Separate toilets
Access
The street is accessible by car and you can find parking spaces (paid). The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator and is entirely reserved for travelers. The key collection store opens at 7:00 a.m. and closes at 1:00 a.m. For an arrival or departure outside these hours you will be charged €20 in order to accommodate you depending on availability outside these hours or to return the keys to the store at your place on the day of your departure.
