It comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with a bedroom featuring a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a private terrace. It's just an 8-minute walk from the tram, making it ideal for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Lyon.

Welcome! The front door of this charming 36 m² apartment opens onto a bright space, carefully decorated with taste and elegance. The living room area is equipped with a very comfortable sofa, convertible into a double bed, a television, and a desk, ideal for your work. The dining area has a table that can seat up to four people. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. A dishwasher and washing machine are also available. The bedroom offers a double bed (140x200), furnished with hotel-quality linens for a comfortable night's sleep. It opens onto a balcony furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying sunny days. The apartment has reversible air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. The bathroom has a sink, a mirror, and a bathtub. Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
