With plenty of shops nearby and easy access to Kingfisher Way (Stop D) bus stop (a 3-minute walk), guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my apartment! It is located on the first floor via stairs. Discover our one-bedroom apartment's perfect blend of urban convenience and homely surroundings. Immerse yourself in the diverse culture while quickly accessing all the necessary amenities. It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa bed, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows. The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals and a dining table to dine with your loved ones. The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
