Welcome to my home! This lovely 52m2 apartment is on the 3rd floor, accessible by stairs. The apartment has a homely and spacious feel, with wooden flooring, open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas, and lots of natural light from the panoramic windows. The home also has a lovely roof terrace and two small balconies. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs. There are two bedrooms, and both come with a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for your comfort. You'll also find that both bedrooms have a desk and a chair, making it perfect for remote working. You can enjoy far-reaching views of the London skyline from the lounge and one of the bedrooms. The apartment benefits from a bedroom that opens to a terrace with a seating area. The flat has good airflow in summer and is nice and warm during winter, thanks to an efficient heating system. The 1.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety. Enjoy your stay! This property is near a railway so you may hear occasional noise.


Access

Guests will have access to the entire home! On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout.

Other information

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
