Welcome to my home! This wonderful studio has an open floor plan. The living room features a plush sofa, a comfortable double bed (fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens for your comfort), a flat-screen TV, and a dining area where you can dine with your loved ones. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including an electric stove, an oven, and a microwave, to whip up a delicious meal. The bathroom has all the amenities needed to freshen up, such as a bathtub with an attached shower, a toilet, and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The studio is always professionally cleaned before your arrival. Enjoy your stay!
Access
On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before your scheduled time, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00 on the day). Please note the heating cannot be raised higher than 22. This is for safety reasons and the radiators will shut off via a Smart system. Please do not book this home if you require temperatures above this as you will not be compensated. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Also, note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
