Welcome to our home! Design with lots of character with charming wooden blinds, exposed brick walls, and an original fireplace, this home acts as a cozy retreat for your stay in London. Beautiful morning sunlight comes through the bedroom window every day through the leaves of the cherry tree. The kitchenette is equipped, with a cooking plate, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and other utilities for your usage. There is a living area with a sofa (convertible into a bed) where you can relax after a day in the city. Feel to browse the bookshelf but please don’t take any books with you. The bedroom comes with a comfy bed with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom is equipped with all you need for your stay. Free WiFi is available in all areas of the apartment. Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay. Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience. Enjoy your stay!
Access
On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

Other information
Please note we do charge a £30 late check-in fee between 10 PM and 12 AM and £50 between 12 AM and 7 AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at a minimum. Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
