Next to the kitchen is a dining table with 4 chairs. Retreat to the charming bedroom, complete with a super king-sized bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers, all adorned with complimentary hotel-quality linens for the utmost comfort. Access
Guests will have access to the entire home! On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before your scheduled time, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout.

Please note that there are stairs down to the bathroom. The WaterRower in the photo is no longer in the flat. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

This was our sixth airbnb stay in the Notting Hill/Holland Park area and it may have been the best yet. Great location, clean and stylish flat, very well equipped including an A+ kitchen and bathroom,
