Each morning, beautiful sunlight filters through the bedroom window, gently shining through the leaves of the cherry tree outside. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a cooking plate, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and other essentials for your convenience. There is also a comfortable living area with a sofa (convertible into a bed), perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. Feel free to browse the bookshelf during your stay—just please leave the books for future guests to enjoy. The bedroom features a comfortable bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, and towels and bed linen are provided. Our service team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience. Enjoy your stay!


Access

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

Other information

Please note we do charge a £30 late check-in fee between 10 PM and 12 AM and £50 between 12 AM and 7 AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at a minimum. Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
