The space is bright and airy thanks to the large bay window with wooden blinds, letting in plenty of natural light. Enjoy your favourite shows or movies on the smart TV. The modern kitchen features sleek grey cabinetry, wood countertops, and a spacious central island with bar seating. Fully equipped with a built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the essentials for cooking at home. Skylights and large sliding glass doors fill the space with natural light and offer direct access to a private patio where you can relax. Upstairs, the first bedroom features a UK king-size bed, while the second bedroom includes a bunk bed setup with a UK queen-size bed on the bottom and a single on top. It also has a dedicated desk and chair, ideal for remote work. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated and come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for a comfortable and restful stay. The 2 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Other information

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
