The adjacent dining area invites you to enjoy meals prepared in the modern kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and all essential cooking utensils. The serene bedrooms offer cosy double beds, perfect for a restful night's sleep. The bathroom features a refreshing bathtub with an overhead shower, complemented by soft towels and modern fixtures. Outside, the small patio with seating provides a peaceful spot to sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening drink. To ensure peace of mind during your stay, all reservations require either a £500 refundable security deposit or a £20 non-refundable Damage Waiver, which covers accidental damage up to £200 (applicable to non-Airbnb bookings only). You can check in any time of the day, as long as you respect our standard check-in time of 3 p.m. KEY & LOCK SECURITY We charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. Please keep your keys safe and secure at all times—this protects your safety and helps us maintain the property's security. NON-SMOKING POLICY This is a non-smoking property. There is zero tolerance for smoking indoors or on the property. If evidence of smoking is discovered (such as smoke smell, ashes, or cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for cleaning and remediation costs. GUEST CONDUCT & QUIET ENJOYMENT We maintain this property as a peaceful residential home. The following are strictly prohibited: - Parties, large gatherings, or excessive guest numbers - Loud noise or disruptive behaviour - Outside guests beyond the registered occupants Should sufficient evidence of such activity be discovered, we reserve the right to cancel your stay without refund and may involve a security team. Any associated costs will be charged to your security deposit. Local authorities may be contacted if required. Ideal location, worked well for us, local pubs and restaurants ideal for working stays. Enjoyed our stay and temperature great as we were in a basement.

Great flat close to Clapham Junction. Was quite cool tempreture, as it's below the ground level.
