Caledonian Road is a very old street. The house that you are in was build circa 1890 (same period as the Tower Bridge). The road is between the stylish, new Kings Cross area with its brand new Granary square, hip restaurants, Arts and Fashion school, and the canal (10 mins walk), and the beautiful Upper Street (Angel) with its unique restaurants, pubs, small shops, and urban lifestyle (12mins walk). The “Cally” remains to be a working-class street with its Pawn shops, Graffiti, and cheap restaurants, even though merely a stone throw away from London’s greatest neighbourhoods.

This apartment has 1 bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and 1 bathroom with a shower. Free Netflix UK on TV with high-speed internet connection are provided as well.

This very bright flat is located on the second floor of the building. The flat is designed with a lovely open space with the fully equipped with washer-dryer and oven with microwave open plan kitchen and the living room with beautiful exposed brick walls with old fireplace. For your entertainment there is a library and a digital entertainment corner with access to the iMac with Free Netflix UK or you can stream TV if you like. Access to the bedroom through a sliding door, comfortable bed with en-suite shower room. We provide clean towels and fresh linen. Free Fibre-Optic High Speed Internet. European power plugs and usb power plugs available.
Access
On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

If there is a check out in the morning, you will only be able to check in between 2pm and 3pm. Please note that if you want to use an extra pack of linen during your stay, this will be £25 extra charge. There is also a 30£ fee for late check-in -from 10pm to 8am TV can be streamed via iMac. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Everything you need and clean. Kitchen appliances are higher end and W/D works great. Nice lighting and design touches. Lovely natural light during the day. Location is walkable from St. Pancras Kings
