KEY SECURITY Please keep keys safe—replacement cost is £50 per set (security keys may cost more). Lock replacement for security purposes may incur additional charges. HOUSE RULES We maintain a zero-tolerance smoking policy. Evidence of smoking (smell, ash, butts, etc.) will result in a minimum charge of £300. We request no parties, large gatherings, excessive noise, or outside guests. Evidence of such activity may result in stay cancellation (without refund) and potential involvement of security personnel.
