The apartment is central, cosy and comfortable. It has just been renewed and is well equipped. It is ideal for 5 people but can accommodate up to 7 adults. - On the 4th floor of the building, accessed by stairs. - 81 square meters. - Amazing and sunny balcony/Terrace to enjoy your meals; - This apartment has three bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds and the last one with one single bed. One of the bedrooms has no windows. You will also found another double sofa bed in the living room space. A baby cot can be provided upon previous request. - One full furnished kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, blender, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, washing machine and dishwasher). - One full bathroom. - Air conditioning. The internet connection might not be suitable for streaming or performing remote work activities. We look forward to welcoming you. Enjoy the stay. Be our guest! Fantastic The flat is fantastic, clean, bright and very large, the location is perfect with everything you need very close by. The only thing that was bad was the fourth floor with no lift.
