This midcentury two-modern apartment in Santos-o-Velho is perfect for families and friends looking to stay in the city centre. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The property is close to various attractions (e.g. Museu da Marioneta, Museu Nacional de Arte Antiga), restaurants and shops. The Santos station is nearby, and it takes 20 minutes to get to thriving Barrio Alto by foot!
Space
Welcome! This apartment was formerly housing a bourgeoisie family during the Baroque period. My apartment has been retrofitted with modern conveniences while preserving the heritage of the building, including the ceiling filigrees and sunlight-filled windows. The living area is the entertainment hub with a large wooden dining table, a plush sofa bed and a TV to watch your favourite shows. The kitchen is in its dedicated area with a breakfast counter, all the accoutrements to make complete meals, and a KRUPS coffee machine for your morning latte. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom, and the second room has two single beds and a dedicated work desk ideal for remote workers. Both beds have hotel-quality linens, and the bathroom is fitted with all the essentials, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. Sanitisation will be done before your arrival. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
