Only 2 minutes away, by foot or bike, a passage over the railway leads to the riverfront. To the right, you reach the Oriente Museum, Alcântara, the Santos dock with its restaurants and bars, and Belém (Belém Cultural Centre and the impressive Jerónimos Monastery). There is Cais do Sodré, the Ribeira das Naus promenade, and Terreiro do Paco Square to the left. Behind the apartment is the National Museum of Ancient Art, easily accessible through the stairs on Av. 24 de Julh. There is also the Nine De Abril Park and Le Chat, a pleasant terrace overlooking the river and Alcântara dore. On the backstreet alley, Corredor da Torrinha Street, leading to Janelas Verdes Street, there's a grocery store with the everyday basics. The house is located a short walk from the city centre. Going towards Largo de Santos, you reach Av. D. Carlos I and Poço dos Negros Street which takes you up to Santa Catarina District, Bairro Alto and Chiado (20 minutes walk). Walking along Av. 24 de Julho takes you to Ribeira Market, an eclectic and delicious selection of the best restaurants in Lisbon.

Welcome to my home! This delightful 60 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. From the living room, you can experience the moonrise and sunrise over the bustling river and streets below, with their never-ending movement of trains, trams, boats, and seagulls. In the background, the bridge over the river and the Jesus Christo Statue complete the unique and breathtaking scenario. Right in front, there's the Rocha Conde de Óbidos Port with its picturesque shipyard and the cruise ship harbour. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential cooking appliances to fulfil all your culinary needs. There are two bedrooms. The first has a queen bed, and the second has two single beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The bathrooms have all the necessities for your convenience, including complimentary toiletries and clean towels. Have a pleasant stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
