Welcome! The apartment is centrally located, cosy, and comfortable. It has been recently renovated and is fully equipped. It is ideal for two guests but can accommodate up to four adults. Located on the first floor of the building, it is accessible by stairs and has a total area of 44 square metres. The space is open-plan, combining a bedroom and a spacious living area. The bedroom has two single beds, and the living room features a sofa that can be converted into a comfortable double bed. A baby cot can be provided upon prior request. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, and dryer. There is one full bathroom, and air conditioning is available throughout. High-speed Wi-Fi with a 200 Mbps connection is provided, along with a TV offering over 120 channels. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
