Within a few minutes walk, you will find cultural landmarks and local eateries. Highlights include the Igreja de São Vicente de Fora, the imposing Miradouro de Santa Clara and the historic Feira da Ladra at Campo de Santa Clara. Welcome to my home! This charming 30m² apartment is ideally located near some of the city's top attractions, as well as shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences. The living area is designed for comfort, featuring a cosy sofa to relax on, a TV to enjoy your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. Large windows flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. You'll also find a well-equipped kitchenette with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all the essential cookware and utensils. The apartment offers two bedrooms, each with a double bed, hangers for your belongings, and hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom is stocked with all the essentials to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. For your comfort, the space is professionally cleaned before each stay. While the apartment is located on the ground floor, please note that a few steps are required to reach the entrance. Please note: there are several steps inside the apartment complex, after entering through the main gate. We hope you enjoy your stay!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.


Other information

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
