This stunning three-storey house with a private entrance, located literally in front of the ocean, has been decorated with impeccable taste to provide you with maximum comfort and make you feel at home. It is the perfect base to explore the island and its wonderful attractions. Ideal for families or groups, the property stands out for its excellent layout across its floors. On the ground floor, you will find a cosy bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, a pleasant extra living area and access to a lovely ground-floor terrace. Heading up to the second floor, you will be welcomed by a bright and spacious open-plan living and kitchen area. The main living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and TV, making it the perfect space to relax and socialise. The kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to crockery and essential utensils, the kitchen features a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, induction hob and other modern appliances to assist you in your day-to-day life. On this same floor, there is a serene double bedroom with sea views and a full bathroom, elegantly equipped with a bathtub for relaxing baths. On the third floor, you will discover the true gem of the property: a magnificent rooftop terrace under a wooden pergola, offering an absolutely stunning panoramic view of the sea. It is the perfect setting to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset or simply relax to the sound of the waves. The bathrooms are fully equipped with all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. This property has automatic check-in and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations set out by local authorities in Portugal. There is a strict zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use utilities policy will apply with a limit of €80 included. For the first few days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish soap and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and bed linen for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
