Welcome! This charming 127 m² three-bedroom house in Gaula offers the perfect retreat for families on Madeira Island. Its decor blends modern style with the style of a typical Portuguese house. The living area features comfortable sofas, a TV to watch your favorite shows, and a dining table ideal for shared meals and memorable conversations. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious homemade meals, with a stove, microwave, coffee machine, and all the necessary kitchen utensils to make your culinary experience effortless. The accommodation features three bedrooms, ideal for resting after a day of exploration. Two of the bedrooms feature a double bed, and the additional room is furnished with bunk beds, making it ideal for children. All beds are dressed with hotel-quality linens to ensure peaceful nights. The property includes two well-equipped bathrooms, each thoughtfully stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to ensure a worry-free and comfortable stay. "This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included)."
