It features a comfortable sofa, a TV for your entertainment, and a dining area that's perfect for enjoying meals together. Large windows fill the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the day. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, cookware, and utensils. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. The apartment features three beautifully furnished bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and a spacious wardrobe, while the other two bedrooms each include a queen-size bed. All beds are made with premium hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. The modern bathrooms are equipped with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before every guest's arrival. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
