Welcome to the heart of Francueil, in this cozy cottage for 6, where relaxation and nature come together in a private, enclosed garden—perfect for serene moments in complete privacy
Space
Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by a charming outdoor space with an enclosed garden, perfect for relaxing in peace and quiet. All the outdoor furniture is at your disposal, including a barbecue and garden furniture to fully enjoy sunny days. Inside, you'll find a bright and airy living/dining room thanks to its large windows. This inviting space is furnished with a sofa and two armchairs that convert into single beds with comfortable mattresses, as well as a TV and Wi-Fi access for your convenience. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped for preparing delicious meals, and you'll also find a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. Upstairs, the mezzanine offers a spacious and welcoming room with two king-size beds placed at either end for added privacy. Curtains are installed near the beds to separate the spaces. The accommodation is equipped with reversible air conditioning, both upstairs and downstairs, to ensure a comfortable temperature in any season. Please note that the staircase is quite steep but has a safety gate. The upper floor is located under the eaves, so you have to crouch in certain places. WiFi is available throughout the house.

Cleaning is included in the price, please respect the premises :) Non-smoking accommodation. Forbidden party The owners take the greatest care of their house, please respect the equipment. There is a fish pond in the garden; please do not feed the fish. Also, please supervise children as the pond is deep. Thank you. Late check-out and early check-in are possible for an additional fee (€10/hour) and upon request only.
