Welcome to Francueil, a charming little town in the Loire Valley, where you can enjoy a peaceful retreat for up to 10 people. Upon arrival, a lovely, secluded garden welcomes you, furnished with outdoor furniture where you can relax and enjoy the warm, sunny days in complete tranquility. A private outdoor swimming pool, fully secured by a safety cover and fence, is available seasonally (mid-May to the end of September, except in exceptional circumstances). Stepping inside this charming house, you'll discover a fully equipped kitchen, offering everything you need to prepare delicious meals with family or friends. Two coffee machines are at your disposal: a traditional filter coffee maker and a Magimix Nespresso machine. A spacious living/dining room features a large sofa bed and a television. Also on the ground floor, a superb bedroom awaits you, furnished with a comfortable double bed and its own private bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, perfect for children or friends. Two additional bathrooms are also available, one with a bathtub for relaxation and the other with a shower for added convenience. Two further toilets complete this floor for your comfort. Whether you're coming for a family holiday or a getaway with friends, this spacious and well-appointed house offers all the comforts needed for an unforgettable vacation in the Loire Valley.

Cleaning is included in the price; please simply respect the property. :) Smoking is not permitted. Parties are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. The owners take great care of their home; please respect the furnishings. Please note there is a pond in the garden, but it is securely fastened. The swimming pool is only open seasonally (mid-May to the end of September, except in exceptional circumstances). Late check-out and early check-in are possible for an additional fee (€10/hour) and upon request only.
